Background
Mark is a seasoned climate and sustainability leader. Previously, he served for 13 years at the Rainforest Alliance. Most recently, he led the organization’s work in Latin America, guiding a team of >140, from Mexico to Brazil, in the design and execution of a wide range of tropical forest conservation solutions. These ultimately led to directly strengthening conservation across several million hectares of high-risk production landscapes, contributed to improving the livelihoods of hundreds of thousands of farm and forest community members, and resulted in co-creation of innovative global initiatives such as LandScale.
