As associate vice president for federal affairs, Raisa Orleans leads EDF’s work engaging lawmakers on Capitol Hill on federal clean air, climate and energy policy.
Background
Prior to joining EDF, Raisa worked on Capitol Hill for Congressman Henry Waxman on energy and environmental issues for four years before working at NextGen Climate for the 2014 campaign cycle. Raisa joined EDF after the 2014 campaign cycle to lead EDF’s engagement with lawmakers on methane policy.
