Supreme Court To Hear Clean Air Cases On Election Day
On November 7th, the United States Supreme Court will hear arguments in the most important Clean Air Act litigation in our nation’s history. At stake are clean air standards issued by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to limit the pollution levels of smog and fine, sooty particles.
