Description

Jack works on livestock methane emissions and sustainable animal agriculture management in the face of an unpredictable climate. His work focuses on quantifying methane emissions and assessing the efficacy of those measurements in ruminant systems like dairy farms.

Background

Prior to his current role, Jack has held sustainable animal production positions across three continents. He has worked in agriculture extensions, aquaculture and sustainable consulting, including as a Climate Corps Fellow with the Innovation Center of US Dairy. There, he developed guidance for cooperatives and processors to measure their land-based emissions. Jack has a Master of Science in Sustainability Management from Columbia University.
